Day 4: Seen by the twins

Twins

L-R: Twin A and Twin C (we think ... it could be B!) working hard over a cuppa

Twin A:

More reading, a new submission. I could get used to a job like this, reading, eating, sleeping. Had lunch with a poet; talked poetry books. Then had the launch planning meeting with Elaina, Siobhan and Twin C (not Twin B, who does not exist). Lots of ideas: there will be an Author Café, a panel of readers and food. We’ll be there. Elaina brought biscuits.

Twin C:

Read the same manuscript as Twin A.  It seemed different to the others, in a post-modern technophile kind of way (Good different, like posters on ceilings or a calendar that's up-to-date). Then read Siobhán's new book; I like the carrot idea. Met a poet; decided that poems for breakfast sounded awesome. Then later, after writing critiques for some other books (the post-modern one and that book with no known name), we had a meeting with Elaina and tea and biscuits. I was a bit too sarcastic again.
